Saturday, April 29th, at 11.00 a.m., free guided tour of the exhibition “Flashes of Images of Friuli Venezia Giulia in the Alinari Archives. From Wulz to Zannier “, with a coffee break offered by the Torrefazione San Giusto Caffè.
The exhibition presents a selection of the most important works of photographers such as the Alinari, Studio Wulz, the Pozzars and Italo Zannier, as well as authors of the Gruppo Friulano per una Nuova Fotografia, Donato Riccesi and others. Views of Trieste and the Friuli, landscapes and portraits taken between the nineteenth and twentieth century, the theater photographed by Geri Pozzar, the futuristic photographs of Wanda Wulz exhibited in original and in digital.
The museum’s multimedia area allows you to deepen the knowledge of the history of photographic techniques, between the analogical and digital, as well as of the works of photographers in Friuli Venezia-Giulia through multimedia and interactive stations, to bring them closer through a ludic-educational approach with games of referral between yesterday and today, it allows to let oneself get involved with the huge and changing projections on the walls, so to have an even more direct and immediate sensation.
