Alinari Image Museum
From photography to images is the journey Alinari, the oldest photography company in the world, allows its AIM Alinari Image Museum visitors to take.
Photography is dematerialized into images thanks to digital technologies and can be enjoyed by visitors in a new multimedia and interactive way.
Photography, thanks to contemporary language, is enhanced by educational contents, while honoring the philological and scientific approach that only Alinari can guarantee. At first, the Museum leads visitors to the area devoted to print photography, to be viewed in a traditional way, and then to the multimedia section where the image takes center stage: a contrast between two universes, thanks to which visitors can experience the profound difference.
An innovative museum, a new way of conceiving an exhibition venue.
